Delivery & Returns

At Adelaide.lk, we want your shopping experience to be smooth from checkout to delivery, and reassuring in the rare case you need to return an item. This page explains how we handle both delivery and returns within Sri Lanka.

Delivery

All orders are processed promptly and dispatched within one to two working days. During busy periods, please allow a little extra time for handling, though we always work to keep delays minimal.
We deliver islandwide through trusted courier partners. Orders within Colombo and suburbs are usually delivered within one to two working days, while deliveries to other areas may take two to four working days depending on location. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation and, where available, tracking details.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before you confirm your order. From time to time, we may offer free delivery promotions, which will be announced on our website or social channels.
Please ensure that your delivery details are accurate when placing your order. Adelaide.lk cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your package arrives damaged, please notify the courier immediately and contact us with supporting photographs so we can resolve the issue quickly.
At present, we only deliver within Sri Lanka and do not offer international shipping

Returns

We take pride in the quality of our products, but if you receive an item that is defective or damaged, you may return it within three days of delivery. To request a return, please email info@adelaide.lk with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains or scents, and sent back with original tags and packaging. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit. Refunds are not provided in cash. Store credits are valid for twelve months from the date of issue and can be redeemed only on Adelaide.lk.
Please note that exchanges are not accepted, and all sale or discounted items are final and cannot be returned.
