These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases and use of the Adelaide.lk website. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Adelaide.lk operates from Colombo, Sri Lanka, and these Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.

General Considerations and Scope

Adelaide.lk is an online fashion store offering products to end users of legal age. Goods are sold in normal household quantities only. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

When registering or placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details. Misuse of the site, fraudulent activity, or provision of false information may result in cancellation of orders or suspension of access.

Products and Pricing
  • All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).
  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
  • Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible, though variations in colour may occur due to screen settings.
Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. We accept online payments and direct bank transfers; Cash on Delivery is not available. For bank transfers, proof of payment must be sent to info@adelaide.lk with the order number. Orders not paid within the specified timeframe may be cancelled

Delivery

We deliver across Sri Lanka through our courier partners. Delivery timelines are indicated at checkout but may vary due to external factors. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Adelaide.lk is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information. If a package arrives damaged, please inform the courier and contact us immediately with photographs.

Returns Policy
  • Exchanges are not accepted.
  • Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items, reported within three (3) days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains or odours, and returned with original tags attached.
  • Approved returns will be processed as store credit or replacement at our discretion.
  • Sale or discounted items are final and cannot be returned
Store Credits

Store credits are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue. They are non‑transferable, redeemable only on Adelaide.lk, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Intellectual Property

All content on Adelaide.lk, including images, text, graphics, and designs, is the property of Adelaide® and may not be copied or used without prior written permission.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Adelaide.lk provides its website and products on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access or product suitability. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products.

Privacy and Data Security

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We share only the details necessary with trusted service providers such as couriers and payment gateways to fulfil your order
